1What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that helps people recover from pain, injury, or movement problems. It focuses on restoring normal function through hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education. We work in tandem with GP’s, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Medicine Physicians, and other health professions as needed to ensure effective, comprehensive care.

Our physiotherapists assess how your body moves, identify what’s causing your symptoms, and create a personalised treatment plan to help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you enjoy.

2What conditions do you treat?

We assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including:

  • Back and neck pain
