The Wheat and Lavender Hottie can be used as a heat pack or cold pack for the natural relief of aches and pains.  Heat in the microwave or conventional oven to use as a heat pack or place in the freezer to provide handy flexible cold pack.  Each wheat bag contains wheat and lavender essential oil.
